2. Meeting Location
This year’s Summit is being hosted by the University of New Hampshire and will be held in the Memorial
Union Building on their main campus in Durham. For more information about the building and maps
check out their website. There will be signs from all major entrances directing Summit attendees to the meeting location.Thursday’s evening event, a screening of the film Oceans from 7-10pm, will also be held in the Memorial Union Building’s Granite State Room [Granite State Room_sm], where the Summit will be held on Friday. 3. Transportation
Please consider taking public transportation, or carpool!

Transit: Amtrack Downeaster and C&J Bus Lines bring you directly to UNH at the Whittemore Center
from Boston. Amtrack leaves from North Station and C&J Bus Lines leaves both from Logan Airport and South Station.

Carpooling: There is a blog postthat you can use to connect with other Summit attendees who are interested in carpooling.

Driving: You can generate driving directions to the meeting location from your site using this link to the Summit Google map (above). The majority of the Summit activities will be taking place in the Memorial Union Building (MUB) at 83 Main Street, Durham, New Hampshire 03824. There are three options for parking nearby: C Lot, across Quad Way from the MUB (enter C lot from Mill street); The West Edge lot, with frequent shuttle service to the MUB; and metered street parking along Main Street Durham(2hr limit). Exact locations for both lots can also be found on our Google map. Handicapped parking is available in both C and West Edge lots, as well as in front of the main entrance to the MUB off Main Street.

4. Accommodations
If you are interested in staying overnight in Durham rooms are available at a discounted rate at the
Durham Holiday Inn Express until October 30th. When making your reservation be sure to tell the reservation agent that you are part of the NEOSEC Summit group. Call reservations at 1-603-868-1234. If you are looking for a roommate to help reduce the cost of staying overnight there is a blog post here to comment on and connect Summit attendees.

5. Saturday Field Trips
If you are interested in participating in one of the four field trips taking place on Saturday, November
13th from 9am-12pm at four individual locations. Please check out the Summit webpage for more details. Make sure bring $8.00 per person (cash or check) to reserve your spot when you check in for the Summit on Friday morning. Trips are subject to cancellation due to low registration numbers or inclement weather.
